CardDogs Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CardDogs mobile application and related services provided by GX3 Cards. By using CardDogs, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CardDogs provides AI-assisted card identification, market estimates, scan history, and deal tools for collectors. Estimates are informational only and are not guarantees of sale price, appraisal value, or investment performance.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features require an account or paid subscription. Subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the platform's terms and refund policies. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and device access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use CardDogs for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
Submit content you do not have the right to use.
Misrepresent CardDogs estimates as certified appraisals or guarantees.

4. Intellectual Property

CardDogs, including its branding, software, and content, is owned by GX3 Cards or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial collector use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Third-Party Data

Market estimates may rely on third-party pricing, grading, and marketplace data. We do not control third-party sources and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CardDogs is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GX3 Cards will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or trading losses arising from your use of CardDogs.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to CardDogs if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the app at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CardDogs after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
